Letter from Tuskegee, Alabama to J.W. Clinton in Polo, Illinois stating that he is sending him a copy of the annual report of the Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute and thanks him for his interest. States "we can see every day changes for the better that are being brought about by the work of this school."
